Hi, my name is Danny McShane. I'm a filmmaker and photographer based in Coolangatta, Australia.
I am passionate about visual storytelling and capturing the heart and soul of interesting characters. I have always been drawn to visual communication - first drawing, then photography and later filmmaking as a way to communicate ideas, stories and memories. From as early as I could remember I have always had a drive to find interesting ways to capture the stories of the people and places around me. My passion for filmmaking and photography lies in the joy of the process and the magic of collaborating with like-minded individuals. I try to create visuals in a way that enables the viewer to connect with the projects and subjects in them on an emotional level. My goal has always been to evoke a feeling of adventure and mystery in the viewer and for even just a moment transport them out of their daily life into another world.
